Tried the Armando sandwich, it was very good. Quality ingredients, great balance of flavor and ratios, and great bread. A tad expensive but it's SF. Will have to return to try the other sandwiches on the menu.

Might I say this spot is worth the hype. I was wary about grabbing food here because the sandwiches seemed expensive but overall the quality is GREAT. I wouldn't get this for lunch all the time at the price point (just a broke student rn) but I'm looking forward to coming back when I'm craving pastrami. my food rating for this sandwich is 9/10! The place has a welcoming interior with its dried flowers and drawings from the community. i love how every thing is decorated. I also appreciated the quick service. Awesome spot!

What an incredible sandwich! Service was very quick for how busy they were (line out the door), the sandwiches are so tasty and the location has a lot of old school San Francisco charm.

Tried this place twice now. First time the 49er was the best, and I was disappointed by the Tennenbaum. But we tried the Carzle with the 49er and ok, the Carzle is SO GOOD. I thought the 49er was already amazing but damn. Love the FAT pickles in the bag too. Such a great sandwich. Ambience of the shop is pretty cool, it's lame they don't even have a small bit of seating to enjoy it but they have such a flow of people I get why they wouldn't bother. Parking isn't great but on a weekday it's manageable. We always take the sandwiches home out of the city so we're 30 minutes late to eating it fresh, the bread always ends up soaked but it's still delicious regardless.

I've been to Deli Board twice now with my girlfriend, and both times were a hit. There's something about a warm, stacked sandwich paired with the SF breeze and cold air that just makes the experience even better. On our most recent visit, I got the Allison sandwich, and she got the Leroy Brown. I tried both, and honestly, the Allison is far superior. The house sauce and pickles on the side take it to another level, and they absolutely stuff the sandwich with pastrami, which I love. If you're ever here, I highly recommend getting the Allison--you won't regret it. The only downsides are that the location is a bit tricky since it's in a busy area with only street parking, and even that was hard to find. If you can, take public transportation and walk to avoid the hassle. Also, the sandwiches are on the pricier side, but considering the quality and portions, it's worth it. Overall, Deli Board is a go-to for a solid sandwich in SF, and I'd definitely come back again.
